An unusual good quality antique Edwardian Arts and Crafts inlaid mahogany bijouterie cabinet dating from circa 1905. With shaped oversaling top, over a glazed display cabinet (with working lock and key) supported by arched legs. In a lovely aged mahogany with satinwood inlay and box wood stringing, it would make a lovely display unit or collectors cabinet.
Good patina and colour, solid and sturdy. There is a well-executed old mend to one of the legs (see photo). Working lock and key. Other wear and marks commensurate with age.
