Product Description
A handsome antique Georgian mahogany night stand or bedside table with drawer dating from circa 1800. It features a moulded top with cut outs for bowls and a removable glass top (later) over an open shelf above a single frieze drawer with brass pull handle. It stands on four elegantly chamfered legs united by shaped cross stretcher supporting a dished lower shelf. With wonderful colour and original patina and splendid detailing to the mahogany. A really good quality Georgian period piece that would work equally well as a bedside cabinet as it would next to a desk or as a lamp table.
