An elegant and generously proportioned antique Edwardian duet piano stool in mahogany with carved frieze and carved and shaped cabriole legs. In beautifully figured solid mahogany, this is a very good quality stool and a good size at 103cm wide. It has a lift up lid revealing storage with panelled interior and brass support. The seat has been newly re-upholstered in a brocade fabric. Dating from circa 1905. Would make a beautiful piano stool or window seat.
