Product Description
A very decorative pair of antique Victorian Gothic chairs in ebonised oak. They have elaborately carved backs with upholstered central panels and upholstered seats. The side supports are barley twist and topped with finials. The back legs are also barley twist and the stretchers and front legs are turned. Dating from circa 1890. One finial missing to top of one chair. Price is for pair (i.e 1 pair in stock).

Fairly solid to sit on, some slight give (but not too wobbly). Some old splits and old mends to the frames. The upholstery is in fair condition with a few marks. In useable condition but would benefit re-upholstery. One finial missing to top of one chair.
