A handsome set of 5 antique Victorian mahogany balloon back chairs dating from circa 1850. With dipped top rails and carved bar backs they stand on turned and fluted legs to the front and sabre legs to the back. In good condition, all solid and sturdy With newly reupholstered drop in seats these elegant dining chairs are stamped with the initials “S.C.” to the seat rails.
