Product Description
A stylish small vintage carved oak bureau from circa 1930s. In beautifully figured solid oak with good colour and patina, it has 3 graduated drawers with carved handles and stands on carved cup and cover feet. The fall front which is carved with flowers, comes with working lock and key and drops down on brass arms and pull out rests, to reveal pigeon holes, cupboards, drawers and ink well. A good quality bureau, in good condition with beautifully figured oak with good colour and original warm patina.

Good condition. Good colour and good patina. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Working lock and key to fall. The interior is fixed in place, but would have originally slid out when the fall was opened. Small chip to underside of one handle. Small section of beading missing to drawer front in the interior. Wear and marks commensurate with age.
