A small elegant antique William IV mahogany writing desk or side table with single drawer dating from circa 1835. In a mellow mahogany with a rich patina it features a rounded rectangular top over a single frieze drawer and stands on turned and carved legs united by a turned stretcher, terminating in round cup feet with brass casters. A small useful size it would make an attractive hall table, side table or be perfect as a small desk for a laptop.

Good condition. Wear, marks, scuffs and scratches commensurate with age. Some small areas of veneer missing in places. Small section of beading missing to bottom right corner near drawer. Key does not work.
