An interesting vintage Nupe tribal stool or small table carved from one solid block of hardwood. With a carved top and standing on 10 legs, these tables are often called “elephant tables”. The Nupe people (pronounced noo-pay) live in the northern region of Nigeria. African tribal stools such as this one from the Nupe are an art form, with carefully designed patterns and graceful legs and are often presented by grooms to their brides or serve as symbols of prestige during important meetings. Would make a great occasional/coffee table or stool.

£34.95 flat delivery charge to all areas of mainland England/Wales - Additional items in the same delivery are delivered free of charge.
£49.95 per item to mainland Scotland (excludes highlands & islands).
