Product Description
An elegant 19th Century demi-lune fold over table in mahogany. It stands on tapered legs and is decorated with stringing/banding to the top edges and legs. The mahogany is a beautiful mellow faded brown when closed and a rich reddish brown when open. The rear legs open to support to the fold over top. Unusually, the front legs “lean” towards each other (this appears to be original to the design of the table). A highly portable, attractive and functional piece of antique furniture which would make a great occasional dining table, a hall table or a games table.

Fairly solid and sturdy. The front legs “lean” in towards each other. Uneven fading to the top. Some of the stringing is missing in places.
