A pair of good quality Victorian Oak Chairs dating from circa 1870. With upholstered backs and seats, on turned and reeded legs with original brass casters, these are good quality solid chairs that have been recently recovered in a blue velvet type fabric. Would make fantastic side chairs. With (part) label to underneath: “From WM. JOHNSON & SON Cabinet Makers, Upholsterers and General Furnishers. Fargate Sheffield.”

Good condition clean with good colour and patina. The frames are solid and sturdy. Recently recovered over the original upholstery, the upholstery in good clean condition. Wear and marks to frames commensurate with age.
