A wonderful set of four antique Edwardian Arts and Crafts high back dining chairs in the manner of Shapland and Petter and stamped A & H Barlow & Co Wigan (a known retailer of Shapland and Petter). With classic Arts and Crafts lines they have heart shaped cut-outs to the upholstered backs, and intricately carved top rails and stand on stylish tapered and out-swept legs united by cross stretchers. Solid ad sturdy and in a beautifully figured light oak. The upholstery is tired and the springs have seen better days – these chairs have great bone structure, but are in need of reupholstery. Dating from circa 1905.

£34.95 flat delivery charge to all areas of mainland England/Wales - Additional items in the same delivery are delivered free of charge.
