A charming small antique Victorian Gothic carved drop leaf oak table dating from circa 1890. A highly decorative piece of antique furniture this occasional table stands on 4 turned legs supported by four turned stretchers. It has two drop leaves which open out to create an oblong shaped table. The top and flaps are all intricately carved with vine leaves. The original pull out supports underneath have been replaced but do not offer sufficient support for the flaps – the flaps can be held up but are not strong enough to be load bearing. With the flaps down the table is solid and sturdy.

Solid oak.
Condition Report:
Some marks and scuffs commensurate with age. Old supporting iron bar across bottom stretcher. Old worm holes underneath. The original pull out supports underneath have been replaced but do not offer sufficient support for the flaps – the flaps can be held up but are not strong enough to be load bearing. With the flaps down the table is solid and sturdy.

£34.95 flat delivery charge to all areas of mainland England/Wales - Additional items in the same delivery are delivered free of charge.
£49.95 per item to mainland Scotland (excludes highlands & islands).
